Booking terms
Please give at least 24 hours' notice to cancel, or a call-out charge may apply. A call-out fee may also be charged if our engineer cannot gain access or complete the service.
Provisional slots are held for 24 to 48 hours depending on demand. Bookings are confirmed by debit or credit card; credit card payments carry a processing fee.
Certificates are left at the property. You can request another copy after 14 working days.
